Public Speaking Nightmare
Anyone who has nightmares about speaking in public will identify with RNC Co-Chairwoman Jo Ann Davidson, who was giving a speech last night at the Republican Convention. I can just imagine her thoughts before going out: “Don’t say Pawlenty, don’t say Pawlenty.” Well, that’s just what she did when she uttered these words: “The next vice president of the United States, Sarah Pawlenty!”
For those of you who’ve kept up with McCain’s choice for VP, you’ll know that Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty was one of the top candidates under consideration, before he made the decision to choose Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin.
Oh, well, she got a standing ovation.
