Toshiba Releases New Feather-Light Mobile Projector
For those of you tired of lugging a heavy projector around, Toshiba has released a feather-light projector weighing only 4 lbs. It’s the TLP-WX100U mobile projector and comes loaded with the following features:
- closed captioning function
- 1280 x 800 native WXGA resolution
- 600:1 contrast ratio
- 2200 ANSI lumens
In addition to the above, it also has a “blackboard” function which allows you to present on non-screen surfaces.
According to the Toshiba website (tais.com), the suggested retail price is $959. Yes, it’s a hefty price, but, if you’re forever hopping a plane from one presentation to the next, it’s worth it.
